South Africa, Nov’22 – Jasmyn Farm Stall (Pretoria Area)

The Jasmyn Farm Stall in Hartbeespoort with its distinctive landmark, a large Dutch Windmill, is well known and loved by both Hartbeespoort locals and frequent visitors to the area. The Jasmyn Farm Stall was opened in 2006 and has grown to include two restaurants, a bookshop, and a wine- and cheese-tasting facility. The business has an in-house butchery, bakery and deli and offers an extensive range of fruit, vegetables, dairy and home industry products.

A feature of the stall is the wide variety of merchandise on offer, the set-up and general cleanliness of the shop and the friendly efficient staff. This venue is an excellent example of Agritourism where much of the fresh products are grown or baked onsite. We enjoyed the restaurants and ate there twice with almost daily visits to the indoor, thatch-roofed market.
